Puget Sound Zen Center

The Puget Sound Zen Center is a non-profit organization that exists to support the practice and teaching of Rinzai Zen Buddhism. We are a member of the Rinzai-ji, an affiliation of temples founded by Kyozan Joshu Roshi.

The Puget Sound Zen Center is located in the Mann Studio, near
KVI Beach on Vashon Island.

From Seattle & Southworth

Exit the ferry and continue south on Vashon Hwy. Travel 6.5 miles, through Vashon town, and take a left on 204th Street (this is your third blinking red light). You will pass Vashon High School on your left. After .4 miles bear left on Ellisport Road and drive .7 miles down the hill to Tramp Harbor. Take a left at the water on Chautauqua Beach Road. Drive up the hill .4 miles. The Zen Center is at 20406 Chautauqua Beach Road, on your right, just before the stop sign. Look for our sign on the door.

From Tacoma
