New to Zen? Drop by 10 minutes before one of our sits for a quick orientation. No previous meditation experience is required.
Ongoing daily sits: 6:30-7:30am Monday-Saturday
Ongoing Wednesday night sit: 7:00-8:30pm
May 4: Half day sit with special guest speaker Myosho Ginny Matthews. Sit from 6:30-11:30am; Tea and conversation at 11:30.

May 16, 7pm Men's open discussion: Power and Patriarchy in Zen and Society
May 20: Precepts class, 7pm
May 22: Discussion night at the Zen Center at out 7pm service: What is spiritual authority?
